Hoodies

Went for a play at the local park(Uskmouth).Had 3 go's on the slide 3 on the cargo net and 1 on the wooden frame.

Spent the next 20 minutes or so pretending to be a lighthouse keeper until a gang of bigger boys threw me down the slide and told me not to play here again or else.So i ran back to the van crying knowing i will never be able to play here again.

What a Numpty

Saw this Ringed plover today a lot smaller than the others around. My mind started to race of this that and the other so made a couple of calls.Panic over just a Ringed Plover of possibly the tundrae race. What a Numpty. Also a ringed plover wearing a few rings, green above the tibia and yellow on each leg.
A redstart showed well behind the first platform also.

Payed a visit in the afternoon for the Pallas's Warbler and wasn't disappointed.

Painting

Spent the whole day painting the living room,3 coats of of silk emulsion to the ceiling and walls. It did get tempted to drop everything and head out in the rain to see the Pallas's Warbler at frampton. But after a nice cup of coffee and a several breakaways later i resumed the painting.Anyway a couple of pictures from the last couple of days from Goldcliff Pools.
